Controller and scope

The HAKBAY company identified above is the controller under Turkish Law No. 6698. This notice covers website enquiries, quotation requests and separately selected marketing communications. Employment and other business processes are outside its scope.

Data and collection

We collect the name, email, telephone number, message and technical/business details you submit electronically. Marketing choices, time, notice version and language are recorded if selected. IP addresses, access times and technical logs may arise for site operation and security. Do not send unrelated identity documents, health information or sensitive data.

Purposes and legal grounds

Data is used to answer enquiries, assess requirements and prepare quotations/contracts. Article 5(2)(c) applies to a contract with you; 5(2)(f) to business-representative correspondence, general enquiries and security based on legitimate interests without prejudicing fundamental rights; 5(2)(e) to establishing, exercising or protecting rights; and 5(2)(ç) to legal obligations.

Optional marketing

Submitting a request is not marketing permission. Only separately selected email, SMS or call channels are used for promotions and campaigns with your explicit consent under Article 5(1). Choices are optional and unchecked. Refusal does not affect quotations. Withdraw through a message’s opt-out or bilgi@hakbay.com at any time; sending on that channel will stop within the statutory period.

Recipients and retention

Necessary data may be shared with hosting/email provider Natro to operate services, and with competent authorities or courts for legal obligations or rights protection. Permission/refusal records may be used in legally required IYS processes. Natro states its hosting infrastructure is in Türkiye. This notice is not permission for additional overseas advertising/analytics services. Data is retained for enquiry handling and applicable statutory, evidence and limitation requirements, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the grounds end. Necessary permission/refusal records may remain after withdrawal to implement it and comply with law.

Rights and requests

Article 11 allows you to learn whether data is processed, obtain processing information, purpose and proper-use information and domestic/overseas recipients, request correction and—where conditions apply—deletion/destruction and notification to recipients, object to adverse outcomes solely from automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Apply in writing to the address above or by recognised electronic methods. Email bilgi@hakbay.com from an address previously supplied to and registered with us. State the request and necessary identity-verification information without unnecessary documents. Requests are resolved promptly and within 30 days; a statutory tariff may apply to additional costs.
